Bookkeeping Foundations
6 weeks · Tue & Thu evenings · in studio or live online
Double-entry basics, chart of accounts, reconciliations, month-end close and how to hand a clean file to a CPA in April.
Keystone Arch Learning Co. is an independent adult-learning studio run by Jodie Briganti. We teach bookkeeping, spreadsheets, payroll and everyday digital skills to Hill Country adults who need a real, usable result — a better job, a tidier set of books, or the nerve to run their own shop.
Most of our students tried an online course first and stalled somewhere around week two. What they were missing wasn't content — it was somebody to look over their shoulder and say “that column is text, not a number, that's why it won't add up.”
Every session at Keystone Arch is taught live by a working practitioner, capped at twelve seats, and built around your own files whenever you're allowed to bring them. If you own a shop on Water Street, you'll leave the QuickBooks course with your shop's books set up, not a demo company.
Tuition below is the full price and includes materials, the recording archive and one follow-up clinic. Payment plans are interest-free over the length of the course.

“I run a two-truck landscaping outfit. I came in with a shoebox and left with books my accountant described as ‘genuinely tidy’. That's the first compliment he's paid me in nine years.”
“After eleven years at home I was terrified of a spreadsheet. Six weeks later I passed the Excel test for a front-office job at a clinic on Sidney Baker. The class size is what did it.”
“I've taken corporate training that cost ten times as much and taught a tenth as much. Jodie teaches like somebody who has actually closed a month under pressure.”

Roughly a third of our students own or help run a small business. Another third are returning to work after raising children or caring for a parent. The rest are already employed and want the promotion that keeps going to the person who knows the software.
Get the books, payroll and sales-tax calendar under control before they get out of hand.
Rebuild computer confidence in a room where nobody is going to sigh at your question.
Evening classes that fit around a shift, with a certificate for the personnel file.
Book a private cohort for four or more staff, on site or at the studio, invoiced net 30.
