How we teach

Demonstrate, attempt, correct, repeat.

Every session follows the same shape because it works: a short demonstration on the projector, then you attempt the same task on your own file while the instructor circulates, then we correct together and repeat with a harder version.

There is no lecturing for ninety minutes. There is no group work for the sake of group work. If you finish early you get an extra problem; if you're stuck, somebody sits next to you.

  • Roughly 70% of class time is hands-on
  • Printed workbook plus a digital copy for every course
  • Recordings posted within 24 hours, available for 90 days
  • A private group chat per cohort, moderated by the instructor

We take on one new instructor roughly every two years, always someone still practising. If that is you, write to webmaster@education.acaimagia013.com with what you do and what you would teach.
