Spreadsheets & data
Twenty-one years as an operations analyst for a regional building-supply chain, the last six spent rescuing workbooks other people had built. Joined in 2018 and still consults two days a week.
Front office & student support
Ran the front desk of a twelve-provider clinic in San Antonio for nine years. Handles placement conversations, the waiting list and every student who goes quiet for two weeks.
Payroll & compliance
Payroll manager for a 90-employee ranch services company, and the person we call when a Texas Workforce Commission letter arrives. Teaches the Saturday compliance block.
Digital essentials
Former public-library technology coordinator who has taught more first-time computer users than the rest of us combined. Runs the returner program and the sliding-scale seats.
Every session follows the same shape because it works: a short demonstration on the projector, then you attempt the same task on your own file while the instructor circulates, then we correct together and repeat with a harder version.
There is no lecturing for ninety minutes. There is no group work for the sake of group work. If you finish early you get an extra problem; if you're stuck, somebody sits next to you.

We take on one new instructor roughly every two years, always someone still practising. If that is you, write to webmaster@education.acaimagia013.com with what you do and what you would teach.
