Frequently asked questions

Eighteen questions the front desk answers most often. If yours is not here, call 830-889-3387 between 8:30 and 5:30 Central and a person will pick up.

Do I need any prior experience to enrol?
No. Six of the eight programs assume no background at all. The short placement conversation before enrolment exists precisely so nobody lands in a room that is too fast or too slow for them.
Are classes in person, online, or both?
Both, for every course except Payroll & Texas Compliance, Digital Essentials and Front Office mornings, which are studio-only because they need hands-on equipment. Online students join the same live session, not a separate recording.
Where exactly is the studio?
4046 Parrish Avenue, Kerrville, TX 78028 — two blocks off Sidney Baker Street. Free parking behind the building, step-free entry from the north lot.
How big are the classes?
Twelve seats maximum, online attendees included. We open a waiting list rather than adding chairs.
What does tuition include?
Instruction, a printed and digital workbook, use of studio machines and software during class, 90 days of session recordings, the cohort chat and one follow-up clinic.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. Payments are spread across the length of the course with no interest and no administration fee. A $75 deposit reserves the seat and is credited against tuition.
Do you offer reduced tuition?
Yes, on Digital Essentials for Career Returners and, case by case, on other courses. Sliding-scale seats go to Kerr County residents on a low income, veterans' spouses and people returning after a caring break.
Is Keystone Arch accredited?
No, and we will not imply otherwise. We are a private continuing-education provider. We issue our own certificate of completion, which local employers know and value, but it is not a state or federally recognised credential and does not carry college credit.
Will this get me a job?
We cannot promise that, and treat any school that does with suspicion. What we can promise is that you will finish with demonstrable work — a set of books, a reporting workbook, a compliance calendar — to show an employer.
What happens if I miss a session?
Watch the recording, then bring questions to the monthly clinic or Thursday open lab. Miss more than half a course for medical reasons and we transfer you to the next cohort free of charge.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, on the terms in our refund and cancellation policy: full refund up to seven days before the start, 50% before the second session, and pro-rata credit thereafter in documented hardship.
Do I need my own laptop?
It helps, because you go home with your work already on it. If not, we have nine studio machines with all the software installed, first come first served.
Which software versions do you teach?
QuickBooks Online (current release), Microsoft Excel 2021 and Microsoft 365, and Google Sheets. For retail we cover Square and Clover reporting.
Do you teach in Spanish?
Rosalie and Priya both take questions in Spanish, and the Digital Essentials workbook exists in a Spanish edition. Full Spanish-language delivery is something we are working towards, not something we offer yet.
Can my employer be invoiced?
Yes. Individual seats and private cohorts can both be invoiced net 30, and we accept purchase orders. Attendance records and completion certificates are supplied as standard.
How do I get on a waiting list?
Call the front desk or use the enquiry form and say which course. Lists are worked strictly in order and we tell you honestly where you sit on them.
Do you sell my data or advertise to me afterwards?
No. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not build advertising profiles. Full detail is in the privacy policy.
Who do I speak to about a complaint?
Jodie Briganti, the owner, personally. Write to webmaster@education.acaimagia013.com or call 830-889-3387 and ask for her. We respond to every complaint within two business days.
Still unsure which course fits? Book the free fifteen-minute placement chat — no obligation, no sales script. Send an enquiry or call 830-889-3387.
