Spring and summer 2026 schedule
Terms run continuously with a two-week gap in late August. Seat counts are updated by hand every Monday morning, so if a course shows as open it genuinely was at the start of the week.

All times are U.S. Central. Classes do not run on Memorial Day, Independence Day or the week of Thanksgiving.
Free and drop-in sessions
Books & Coffee clinic
First Saturday of every month, 9:00–11:00 a.m. at the studio. Bring one question and a laptop. Open to anyone in Kerr County, student or not.
New business starter morning
Run with the local chamber for people in their first year of trading. Next dates: May 16 and October 10.
Open lab
Thursday afternoons, 1:00–4:00 p.m. Nine studio machines, all the software we teach, and an instructor in the room.
One-to-one coaching
$85 an hour, minimum two hours, at the studio or over video. Usually booked by owners cleaning up a specific mess.
Private cohorts
Scheduled around your rota, including early mornings. Four-person minimum, quoted per day above six.
Studio closed
Aug 17–28 for maintenance and curriculum rewriting. The front desk still answers email during that fortnight.
Weather, illness and cancellations
Hill Country weather occasionally makes the drive in unwise. If we cancel an in-person session, we run it online at the same time and post the recording the same evening; nothing is lost and no fee applies.
If you are unwell, stay home — the recording will be waiting. Students who miss more than half a course for medical reasons may transfer to the next cohort at no charge, as set out in the refund and cancellation policy.
