Terms of Service
The agreement between you and the studio, in language we can both understand.
Last updated: March 2, 2026
These terms govern your use of this website and your enrolment on courses run by Keystone Arch Learning Co., a sole proprietorship owned by Jodie Briganti, trading at 4046 Parrish Avenue, Kerrville, TX 78028. By using the site or enrolling, you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use the site.
1. Who we are
Keystone Arch Learning Co., 4046 Parrish Avenue, Kerrville, TX 78028. Telephone 830-889-3387. Email webmaster@education.acaimagia013.com. We are a private continuing-education provider. We are not an accredited college, we do not grant degrees, and our certificate of completion does not carry academic credit.
2. Enrolment and payment
- Courses are open to adults aged 18 and over.
- A $75 deposit reserves a seat and is credited against tuition.
- The balance is due on or before the first session, unless you have agreed a payment plan.
- Payment plans are interest-free and carry no administration fee. A missed instalment does not incur a penalty; we call and agree a new date.
- Prices shown on this site are in U.S. dollars and include all course materials.
3. Cancellations, transfers and refunds
Set out in full in our refund and cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms.
4. What we promise, and what we don't
We will deliver the advertised number of contact hours, taught live by a qualified instructor, with the materials described. If we cannot, we will reschedule or refund the affected portion.
We do not promise employment, a particular salary, business results, examination success, or that any third party will recognise our certificate. Course content is educational and general; it is not accounting, tax, legal or financial advice for your particular circumstances. See the disclaimer.
5. Student conduct
Small rooms depend on decent behaviour. We ask that you arrive on time, respect other students' confidentiality (people bring real financial information to class), and do not record sessions yourself. Harassment, discrimination, intoxication or threatening behaviour results in removal from the course without refund. This has happened twice in ten years and we would rather it never happened again.
6. Recordings and materials
Class recordings and workbooks are provided for your personal study. You may not republish, resell, or share them outside your cohort. Copyright in all Keystone Arch materials remains with us. Where a class is recorded, in-person students are seated outside camera view on request.
7. Website use
You may read, print and share pages of this site for personal or internal business use. You may not scrape it at volume, copy its text onto another site, or attempt to interfere with its operation. All content, layout and images are ours or licensed to us.
8. Accuracy
We try hard to keep dates, prices and tax information current, and we correct errors promptly when they are pointed out. Tax rules in particular change; nothing on this site should be relied upon as the current legal position without checking the official source.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability arising from a course or from your use of this site is limited to the amount of tuition you paid for the course concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or business decisions taken on the basis of general educational content.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of Kerr County, Texas. Before that, we would much rather you called 830-889-3387 and let us try to fix it.
11. Changes
We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published here on the date you enrol. Material changes are notified to enrolled students by email.
